How to file a DMCA notice
Send an email to contact@lotterysambad.plus with the subject "DMCA Takedown" including:
- Your full name, organisation (if any) and contact details.
- A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The exact URL(s) on lotterysambad.plus where the material appears.
- Proof that you own the copyright or are authorised to act on behalf of the owner.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorised to act on behalf of the owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Our response
We review valid requests promptly and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the material, usually within 48–72 hours.
Counter-notice
If you believe material was removed by mistake, you may send a counter-notice with the same details to contact@lotterysambad.plus.
